API Technical Support

Responsibilities

  • Work with specifications and improve API documentation.
  • To interface with the feedback from various user channels at home and abroad on API issues and help users to solve API problems.
  • Monitoring system and quantification system writing, optimization, and update.
  • Docking multi-language demos, writing test cases and screening API interface and documentation errors.
  • Research and analyse the features of mainstream quantitative trading or API products at home and abroad, and explore the functional highlights.
  • Communicate closely with business, R&D and testing staff to ensure the development progress and quality of the product.

Requirements

  • Familiar with Python, JavaScript and other coding languages, familiar with the principles of basic network protocols.
  • Customer service records and experience accumulation summary, writing FAQ and other normative documents.
  • Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in computer related majors.
  • At least 2 years of technical support work experience.

Prefered

  • Experience in blockchain development, with knowledge of storage, transfer and public chain features.
  • Financial background, more proficient in trading derivatives.
  • High level of English and familiar with trading terminology.
  • Experience in writing API documentation and can independently write SDKs in various languages.
