Responsibilities
- Managing an API’s life cycle and involved in integration, implementing and testing API’s.
- Develop and implement a technical support plan for Company API clients.
- Attend client calls and translate conceptual system requirements into technical data and integration requirements.
- Create and maintain all documentation, guides, and articles related to development based on APIs.
- Work hand-in-hand with the core engineers to resolve software issues by triaging, reproducing, documenting, and tracking all bug reports.
Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience in API integration and testing.
- Proven track record in understanding an enterprise’s APIs and processes.
- Prior experience as full stack development (JavaScript, Python, React JS, CSS, HTML5, PHP, etc.).
- Familiarity and experience with the current blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape.
