Technical Support Specialist (API support)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide support for backend applications including API integration to our platforms.
  • Configure and troubleshoot issues received from users.
  • Escalate issues based on comprehensive reporting of one’s work, and analyze the business requirements and feedback from others to create and maintain documentation.
  • Coordinate with local team members to provide technical support, maintenance and resolution of issues.

Requirements

  • Fluent ability in English, Chinese-speaker is preferred.
  • Graduated from well-known universities; majors in finance/economics/management/English are preferred.
  • 2-4 years of work experience in finance/blockchain/ Internet industry; experience in institutional business management and operation is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in hardware and software applications, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the data warehouse; and operating systems such as Windows/Linux/iOS.
  • Serious, responsible, careful, strong resistance to pressure, multi-task management ability, leadership.
  • Fast learner, quickly comprehends new knowledge and meet customize need.
